Nail Diary #400

September 13, 2016

I had a lot of fun creating this look.  This is another 3:2 mani.  For my 3 I used Sinful Colors Demin n Bling KARGO.  This is a textured blue denim polish which dries matte ❤ I did use a clear top coat on my pinky for some shine.

For my 2 I created some dry marble decals on my bundle monster mat.  Used SC Kargo and SC Trend Matters Angel Buttercup.

Once my decals dried using a clear top coat I applied the decals to my nails, trimmed access and cleaned up with a small paint brush and acetone.  Love this technique; I have not mastered the water marble so this is an easy way to get that look without all the hassle and headache.

I really love the final result ❤  Still drool over matte textured polishes 🙂

Nail Diary #395

August 1, 2016

This manicure started as a nude/neon gradient.  Using Zoya Cala and China Glaze Celtic Sun(neon) I did some sponge nail art, I thought it turned out super cute.  A nude nail with a pop of color on the tip is always fun.  And neon is a perfect summer hue.

Nude with a pop of neon

After one day of my nude/neon I just had to add a stamp.  Using Bundle Monster plate S110 and Zoya Liv an orchid purple polish I stamped on random images over my nude/neon.  This really turned out cute.  I felt like “OM” yoga nails; this look is very zen.   Honestly I really had a hard time taking it off because it was cute.

Nail Diary #394

July 25, 2016

Hey all!  I have a fun neon look to share this time.  All the neons I used this time are China Glaze polishes.  Quick neon tip: first I started with white undies so my neons would have that neon POP.

To get this look I did a Tri-sponge technique alternating three neons on every other nail.  Color combos are as such:

Pinks/orange/yellow called Love’s a Beach/Japanese Koi/Celtic Sun                                                                 Greens/Blues/Purples called In the Lime Light/Turned up Turquoise/Dune Our Thing

Basically I sponged on the tri-color combos and alternated nails; just that easy.  I am really happy with how the neons blended together on each nail.  Then I added a funky stamp from Bundle Monster + Sloteazzy BM XL210 blogger designed images.  I love how the swirl looks on the neons; super fun for summer.  I also used a matte top coat to finish.

Hope all your neons are popping!!!  ❤

Nail Diary #391

July 17, 2016

I have a fun colorful skittle manicure to share with you all today.  This manicure is a perfect example of what happens when you get a new polish line and can’t decide on any one color.  The majority of these colors are from the 2016 Zoya Sunset collection.  This color combo makes me think of California sunsets and palm trees <3.

Here is a list of the colors I used to do this look:

From thumb to little finger I used these five colors Square hue St. Lucia, Zoya Cam, Zoya Dixie, Zoya Brynn and Zoya Liv.  Really love this summery sunset look.

April 22, 2016

I have another SquareHue creation to share with you.  For this manicure I used a makeup sponge and sponged on two colors.  The color used closest to the cuticle is called Monch, which is a sunflower yellow from the April 2016 Square Hue Adventure Collection.  The other color I used is called Day Glow I got this one back in May 2013 (still as good as new).  I did use liquid latex around my cuticles to help with cleanup, what a life saver!

This manicure was super easy and I could not be happier with this color combination.  My nails look like a beautiful sunset.
