Nail Diary #140

Monday February 04, 2013.
❤Smoochie Smoochie Happy Monday❤. My next mani is inspired by kisses and love 4 polish!
My colors starting off this week are from the 02.13 Squarehue VintageLoveCollection. My monthly nail mail from Hue. I love this subscription service because my colors are always a surprise!! Sometimes it is so fun to be surprised.
I choose to use 2 out of the three. A pale pink called High School Crush on all my fingers except my ring. This reminds me of a pale carnation pink. I love the color, although it doesn’t look fabulous against my pale dry white Iowa skin.
On my ring finger I used Wartime Romance. A gorgeous mauve pink, love the color and LOVE the name.
And since the day of love is just a few days away I added “a big o smooch” using my bM-303 stamping plate. My hue colors stamped nicely, very impressed.
The key to stamping is to use a lot of clear coat before stamping…that way if you make a mistake you won’t have to start completely over.

Ps please excuse my dry ugly hands and cuticles. No matter how much I moisturize they just look horrible. Bring on spring!!
